Warranty & Service Support
Hardware warranty, service plans, and support options for every GPS tracker, fuel sensor, and AIS-140 device installed by Alphatech Services.
What your warranty covers
Every GPS tracker, fuel sensor, and AIS-140 device sold and installed by Alphatech comes with a hardware warranty from the date of installation. Contact our team to confirm the warranty period for your specific device.

- Faulty wiring or connectors from the original installation
- GPS or GSM module failure without external cause
- Device replacement or repair at Alphatech's discretion
Covered under warranty

- Water or moisture damage from improper installation
- Damage from incorrect wiring by a non-Alphatech technician
- SIM card, data plan, or network connectivity issues
- Platform software, app access, or subscription features

How do I know if my device is still under warranty?
Check your installation receipt — it has the installation date and device serial number. Warranty is calculated from that date. If you don't have your receipt, contact our team with your vehicle registration number and we can look it up.
What do I need to raise a warranty claim?
Your device serial number, installation date, and a brief description of the issue. WhatsApp or call our support team to start the process — we'll handle the rest.
Will a technician visit my location for a warranty repair?
In most cases, yes. Our technicians visit your vehicle's location for inspection and repair or replacement. We do not require you to courier the device in most situations.
What happens if my device fails after the warranty period?
Post-warranty repairs and replacements are available on a paid basis. Contact our team for a service quote — pricing depends on the device type and the nature of the fault.
Is the fuel sensor calibration covered under warranty?
The sensor hardware is covered. Re-calibration work (labour and time) is a service charge and not part of the hardware warranty — this applies if re-calibration is needed due to changes to the vehicle rather than sensor failure.
Can I transfer the warranty if I sell my vehicle?
Contact our team — in some cases the remaining warranty can be noted against the new owner's details. This depends on the device type and registration. We'll confirm after checking your specific situation.
What if my AIS-140 device stops transmitting data to the RTO portal?
Contact our support team immediately — we can diagnose the issue remotely and, if it's a hardware fault, arrange a replacement before your next fitness date. If it's a configuration or SIM issue, we can often resolve it without a site visit.
